Frequently asked questions
Does Pranory know which POS each merchant uses?
No. It shows you what their Google listing and website say: business type, reviews, rating, contact details, whether they sell online and whether they take bookings. Which terminal sits on the counter you'll find out in the first conversation.
Can I search only the busiest shopping streets?
Yes. Draw the area on the map, as small as you like, or pick one from the catalogue (Spanish regions and, in Catalonia, provinces and comarques). Pranory only searches there.
Is it legal to email a shop that doesn't know me?
It depends on who you write to and how you do it. In Spain, the LSSI generally requires prior consent to send commercial emails, including to companies, and the AEPD fines unsolicited mass mailings. If you write, do it one by one, to contact addresses the business itself publishes, with a message related to its activity, identifying yourself and offering an easy way to stop receiving emails. Pranory helps: every email goes out under your name and from your mailbox, and if someone asks to be removed, their sequence is cancelled. Even so, complying with the rules is your responsibility: if in doubt, check with a professional.
