To provide the service, Pranory relies on these providers. They all process data under contracts that require them to protect it, and only for the stated purpose.

Providers you connect yourself
Pranory calls the providers you connect using your own key: Google Maps Platform to find businesses, and OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or OpenRouter for AI enrichment. They are not our subprocessors: the data sent in those calls is processed by that provider under the contract you have with them. The same applies to your email provider, whose mailbox your emails are sent from.
Transfers outside the EU
When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this list
We will email you before adding or changing a subprocessor. If you disagree, you can cancel your account, as set out in the Data processing annex of the terms.
