Frequently asked questions
Can I work only the neighbourhoods on my route?
Yes. Draw the area on the map or pick one from the catalogue (Spanish regions and, in Catalonia, provinces and comarques), and Pranory searches only there.
Does Pranory know which venues have just opened?
No. It shows you what their Google listing and website say: venue type, reviews, rating, contact details and whether they take online bookings. That's what you use to decide who to visit first.
Is it legal to email a restaurant that doesn't know me?
It depends on who you write to and how you do it. In Spain, the LSSI generally requires prior consent to send commercial emails, including to companies, and the AEPD fines unsolicited mass mailings. If you write, do it one by one, to contact addresses the business itself publishes, with a message related to its activity, identifying yourself and offering an easy way to stop receiving emails. Pranory helps: every email goes out under your name and from your mailbox, and if someone asks to be removed, their sequence is cancelled. Even so, complying with the rules is your responsibility: if in doubt, check with a professional.
