For account executives

Every morning you know who to call first. And what to say.

You sell by phone and email to small businesses, and your quota depends on the pipeline never running dry. Pranory brings you businesses that fit, ranks them and tells you the next step with each one.

How you work today

  • Databases miss small businesses

B2B data tools are built for big companies. The neighbourhood restaurant, clinic or garage isn’t there, or it’s there with years-old data.

  • You call without knowing where to start

You have a hundred leads and they all look the same. You start at the top of the list and spend the best hour of the day on whoever needs you least.

  • Opportunities go cold

Between calls, demos and follow-ups, a conversation goes unanswered a week too long. By the time you notice, they’ve stopped replying.

How Pranory helps

  • Businesses that exist today

Pranory searches Google Maps on the day you need it, sole traders and corner shops included, and reads their website for emails, services and a sales summary.

  • Priority, with its reasons

Every business comes with a low, medium, high or very high priority based on the signals you weight, and you see which signals counted. That’s your opening line on the call.

  • The next step, suggested

Once there’s a conversation, Pranory scores its health from 0 to 100 and suggests up to three actions with a draft: follow-up, demo, pricing or re-engagement.

Your week with Pranory

  1. 01

    Monday: fill the pipeline

A search in your area and enrichment of the highest-priority leads.

  2. 02

    Tuesday: launch the sequence

Drafts about each business, approved by you and sent from your mailbox.

  3. 03

    Wednesday and Thursday: call

Start with the highest priority, reasons in front of you.

  4. 04

    Friday: review health

See which opportunities are cooling down and take the action the coach suggests.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a B2B database?

Pranory doesn’t sell records: it searches Google Maps with your own key on the day you need it. That’s why small businesses show up, with that day’s data, and you don’t pay per credit.

How is priority calculated?

Each detected signal adds the weight you give it in your workspace. The total puts the business in low, medium, high or very high priority, and you see which signals counted.

Does Pranory find the decision-maker?

No. Pranory extracts the emails and contacts the business publishes on its website, but it doesn’t look up people or verify addresses.

What exactly does the coach do?

It looks at each opportunity’s replies, opens, clicks and inactivity, gives it a health score from 0 to 100 and suggests up to three actions with their reason and a ready draft.
