Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what cookies Pranory sets, why, and how to control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information between page loads and sessions.
Cookies Pranory sets
Session and authentication cookies
These cookies keep you logged in during your session and protect against CSRF attacks. They are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

|---|---|---|
| pranory_session | Maintains your login session | Session |
| XSRF-TOKEN | CSRF protection | Session |
Preference cookies
These cookies remember your settings such as colour theme (light/dark mode) and language preference.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| theme | Stores your light/dark mode preference | 1 year |
| locale | Stores your language preference | 1 year |
Analytics cookies
We use privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting) to understand which pages are visited and how users navigate the site. This data is anonymous and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify you.
These cookies do not require consent under GDPR when used for analytics purposes with appropriate privacy protections in place. We do not use Google Analytics.
Third-party cookies
Pranory does not load third-party advertising, social media, or tracking scripts on public marketing pages. Our payment processor (Stripe) may set cookies on payment pages to detect fraud and process transactions securely.
How to manage cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse non-essential cookies, clear existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set.
Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Pranory service.
