Terms of Service

1. The service

Pranory provides an AI-powered opportunity intelligence platform that allows commercial sales teams to discover, enrich, and engage with business prospects in defined geographic territories. The service includes territory mapping, business discovery, AI lead enrichment, outreach sequencing, and pipeline management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these terms. By using Pranory, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@pranory.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or to violate anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Use the service to collect, process, or distribute personal data of private individuals without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without prior written agreement.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

Pranory is designed to discover and process publicly available business data — not personal consumer data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable data protection law, including GDPR.

5. Third-party API providers

Pranory connects to third-party APIs (Google Maps, AI providers) using your own credentials. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those providers. Costs incurred with third-party providers are your responsibility and are not included in Pranory's pricing.

6. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout.
• Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Pranory reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability beyond our reasonable control.

8. Your data

You own the data you create in Pranory — your territories, leads, pipeline, and campaigns. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell your data to third parties.

By using the service, you grant Pranory a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual property

The Pranory platform, its design, and all underlying technology are owned by Pranory Technologies. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership or licence rights in our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pranory's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Pranory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms, with written notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
