Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Pranory, the service provided by Adrià Colomer Serra (Tax ID 33956328W). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Please read them carefully.

The service

Pranory is software for sales teams that sell to local businesses. It lets you define territories, find businesses in them, enrich them, prioritise them by commercial signals and contact them by email from your own mailbox, with sequences and a reply inbox. Data can be exported as CSV or XLSX.

The service is meant for professionals and companies, not consumers.

Your account

  • You must be of legal age and able to accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your company.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done from your account and workspace.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, email us right away at hello@pranory.app.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pranory to:

  • Send spam or commercial messages that breach the LSSI-CE, the GDPR or any other applicable law.
  • Process personal data without a valid legal basis.
  • Get around plan limits, technical limits or security measures.
  • Reverse engineer the service or try to obtain its source code.
  • Resell or share access without a prior written agreement.
  • Do anything unlawful or harmful to others.

You decide who you write to. You are responsible for having a legal basis to contact each business or person, for identifying yourself in your emails and for honouring unsubscribes and requests from anyone who does not want to hear from you again.

The emails you send from Pranory include a pixel that records whether they were opened. You are also responsible for telling recipients about it and for having the legal basis needed to use it.

Your own keys and third-party services

Pranory runs on your own keys for Google Maps Platform and the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or OpenRouter), and sends emails from your mailbox over SMTP/IMAP.

  • You must comply with those providers' terms, including the Google Maps Platform terms on how its data may be used and stored.
  • Whatever those providers charge you is your responsibility and is not included in Pranory's price.
  • We are not liable for the availability, changes or errors of those services, nor for the deliverability of emails sent from your mailbox.

Plans, trial and billing

  • You can start with a free trial, no card required. The trial conditions are shown on the pricing page and in the application.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • You can change plans from the application. Before you confirm, you will see when the change applies and what you will be charged.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and partial periods are not refunded.
  • If a payment fails, your workspace becomes read-only. If it is not settled within 14 days, we block access until it is.
  • If the trial ends without you choosing a plan, the workspace stays read-only for 7 days and then moves to the free plan.
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice. A change does not affect a running subscription until it renews.

Your data

The data you create or import in Pranory (territories, businesses, contacts, sequences, messages) is yours. You can export it at any time. We do not sell it to third parties.

You allow us to process it only to provide the service. When it contains personal data, we act as processor, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Pranory, its design and the technology behind it belong to Adrià Colomer Serra. These terms give you the right to use the service while you have an active account, and no other licence over our intellectual property.

Service availability

We work to keep Pranory available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost revenue, data or business opportunities. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Cancellation and suspension

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, notifying you in writing whenever possible.

When the account is closed you lose access to the service and we delete your data within 30 days. Export anything you want to keep first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Vic, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms.

Annex: data processing

When you use Pranory with personal data of third parties (for example, the contacts of the businesses you search for, import or contact), you are the controller and we are the processor (art. 28 GDPR). This annex is part of the terms and is accepted together with them.

  • Subject matter and duration: we process that data only to provide you with the service and for as long as you have an account.
  • Instructions: we process it following your instructions, which are the ones you give by using the application. If we think an instruction breaches the rules, we will tell you.
  • Confidentiality: anyone who accesses the data is bound by a duty of secrecy.
  • Security: we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, such as encryption in transit and access control.
  • Sub-processors: we use the providers listed in Subprocessors. We will email you before adding or changing any of them; if you disagree, you can cancel your account.
  • International transfers: if a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Data subjects' rights: we will help you respond to requests from the people whose data you process and, if needed, with impact assessments.
  • Security breaches: if we suffer a breach affecting that data, we will tell you without undue delay and, whenever possible, within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.
  • End of the service: when you delete your account, we delete that data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. You can export it beforehand.
  • Information and audit: we will give you the information needed to show that we comply with this annex.
