Which email address does it send from?
Your own mailbox, connected over SMTP to send and IMAP to read replies. It works with any email provider that offers both.
Does it send WhatsApp messages?
No. Sequences send email. A WhatsApp step prepares the text so you can send it yourself.
Does anything go out without me seeing it?
Only if you choose automatic mode. In manual and approval modes, every draft waits for you to approve, edit or discard it.
What happens when someone replies?
The sequence pauses on its own. AI classifies the reply (interest, objection, request for information, unsubscribe or out of office) and suggests a response you send from the conversation.
