Frequently asked questions
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Any mailbox that offers IMAP to read and SMTP to send: Gmail, Outlook or your own domain's email. Gmail and Outlook come with ready-made settings.
How does Pranory know which opportunity a reply belongs to?
From the email headers: when someone answers a message you sent from Pranory, the reply carries a reference to it. Without that reference, the reply shows up in the inbox with no opportunity attached.
Does Pranory reply on its own?
No. A reply draft always waits until you review and approve it. And it only goes out by email.
Do I need an AI key to classify replies?
Yes. Classification and drafts use your own AI key. Without one, replies still reach the inbox, just unclassified.
