Track
The whole team in one workspace. Every opportunity with an owner.
Your team shares leads, campaigns and pipeline. Every opportunity has an owner who gets its replies, and the activity history shows who did what.
Set up your team in four steps
-
Add your team
Each person creates their Pranory account and you add them to your workspace by email.
-
Give them a role
Owner, admin or member. Settings and billing stay with the right people.
-
Assign owners
Every opportunity and every campaign has an owner. When the business replies, that person gets the notification.
-
Follow the activity
Stage, owner and value changes, notes, emails sent and approved: it all stays in the history, with who did it.
What each role can do
Three simple roles. No custom permissions to configure.
- Owner · everything, including the plan and workspace ownership
- Admin · manages the team and settings
- Member · works leads and opportunities, without touching settings
- An owner per opportunity and per campaign
- Notes on leads, campaigns and opportunities
- Activity history with author
- Read and unread inbox status per person
Why your team sells better together
-
No overlap
Every business has an owner
Nobody calls the same bar twice or leaves a reply unanswered because they thought it was someone else's.
-
Context
The history lives in the opportunity
If someone takes over a colleague's opportunity, the notes and emails are right there.
-
Control
Settings in the right hands
Members do the work; keys, plan and team are managed by owners and admins.
Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in my plan?
Free is for one person, Starter up to 3, Pro up to 10 and Agency up to 50. The pricing page has the details.
How do I add someone?
The person signs up for Pranory and an owner or admin adds them to the workspace by email. They're in straight away, no invitation to wait for.
Can I create custom roles?
No. There are three roles: owner, admin and member. For most sales teams that's enough, and there's nothing to configure.
Who can change an opportunity's owner?
Owners and admins, and also whoever is the opportunity's owner at the time.
