The Inbox brings together everything waiting for you. It has three tabs.
Replies
Businesses that have answered your emails. For each reply you see what it says, what kind of reply it is and what to do now. From the opportunity, Pranory suggests a reply based on what it knows about the business, and you review it before sending.
To approve
Prepared emails that won't go out without your go-ahead. You approve or discard them. If an email can't be sent right now, it tells you why: no main mailbox chosen yet, your plan doesn't allow sending, or you've hit today's limit. In that last case, it tells you when the counter resets.
Sent
The latest that went out, and approved emails still waiting to go. If an email fails, retry it as is or open it on the opportunity page to rewrite it.
